Empowering Female Entrepreneurs – EU-prosjekt
Film production for Schuttelaar & Partners / Brussel
We produced a series of five films within the field of green technology for Schuttelaar & Partners as part of an EU initiative to highlight female entrepreneurs from across Europe. Each story followed a woman sharing her personal journey into entrepreneurship – filmed in her native language (French, German, Polish, Norwegian and Ukrainian) to preserve authenticity.
The project involved extensive planning in five different European countries through video calls with the client and participants, as well as travelling across five different European countries with a one-person team to carry out the interviews. On location, we managed the full process: conducting the interviews, capturing film and sound, and creating a natural and trustworthy atmosphere.
Post-production included editing, translation and English subtitling for all five films, making them accessible to audiences across Europe. The delivery included multiple versions in different formats for campaigns, events and social media. In addition, short versions were created for social media in both vertical and horizontal formats, giving the campaign flexibility across platforms.
Today, the films are used in EU campaigns, workshops and events, helping inspire women across Europe to begin their entrepreneurial journey.
Career Days - NTNU
Career Days is Norway’s largest career fair, organised by students at NTNU. Every year the campus fills with hundreds of companies and thousands of students – a unique meeting point where future employers and employees connect.
Our task was to create content that could be used to promote the event to companies. The film shows how Career Days provides direct contact with students, and why it’s a place businesses should be present.
We combined interviews, atmosphere shots and situational footage to highlight the value of attending – from networking and visibility to recruitment opportunities. We also documented the event with still photography, giving the organisers a broad set of visuals for marketing and presentations.
The result was a main film and a shorter version, both made to strengthen the profile of Career Days and encourage more companies to participate in the future.

GRØNT FRÅ GRINDAL
Grønt frå Grindal is run by Sigurd Vassenden and Elisabeth Fagerland, who have taken an unconventional path in a world dominated by industrial food production. They grow organic vegetables without diesel or artificial fertiliser – relying on handwork and local resources. Their method makes them less vulnerable to price fluctuations and global shifts, while keeping quality at the centre.
We followed Sigurd and Elisabeth through an entire season – from planting to harvesting and delivering to top restaurants and private customers through the REKO network. The goal was to capture the closeness of their work and show how small-scale farming can be both sustainable and profitable.
The result is a short documentary offering an honest look at two young people who have chosen to shape their own path towards a greener future – and who provide produce on their own terms.

BOA OFFSHORE 50 Anniversary
BOA has provided salvage, towing and maritime services in Norway and internationally for 50 years.
For their anniversary, they wanted a film that gathered highlights from the company’s history while also showing the pride and expertise that define the organisation today.
We combined a graphic timeline with interviews of the founder and key people, archive material, and footage from real maritime operations. One of the highlights was the shoot at Byneset, where BOA carried out a salvage operation after a vessel had run aground. The vessel was pulled off the rocks, towed back to sea, and transported to a shipyard for repair. This clearly conveyed both the complexity and professionalism of their work on screen.
The result was an engaging anniversary film shown to 500 guests at BOA’s celebration, a film that honours the company’s history while pointing forward.

HABU - St Olavs
What does a day at HABU look like for the children and the staff who meet them? For the Department of Child and Youth Habilitation (HABU) in Trondheim, we created a film that highlights both professional expertise and human warmth.
We followed the children from the early morning, through activities indoors and outdoors, and interviewed both staff and parents. The goal was to make a film that explains what HABU is, while also conveying the sense of safety and competence that meets families during a vulnerable phase.
The result is a film that can be used both internally and externally – as an introduction for new parents, as documentation of the professional environment, and as inspiration for collaboration.
