Whether you are planning a film shoot in Norway or need details on permits, equipment, and logistics, this FAQ covers the most common questions from our international clients. Find everything you need to know before your production begins.
Camera and Equipment
What cameras do you use, and do you offer matching B-cameras?
Our main camera is the Sony FX6. We can also provide a Sony FX3 as a B-camera to ensure a close match in look and workflow.
Can you shoot in 4K and S-Log3?
Yes. We can record in 4K using S-Log3 for maximum dynamic range and flexibility in post-production.
Can you shoot in PAL Full HD 1920x1080 50i or 25p?
Yes. We can record PAL Full HD 1920×1080 in 50i or 25p using AVC-Intra 100 Mbps or XDCAM HD 422 50 Mbps.
File Transfer and Backup
How do you deliver the footage?
We can transfer the footage directly onto a hard drive provided by you, or upload it via secure online transfer.
Can you store a backup of the material?
Yes. We can keep a backup for an agreed period. Tell us your requirements in advance.
Lighting and Sound
Do you provide professional lighting for interviews and productions?
Yes. We have a full lighting setup suitable for interviews, corporate shoots, and documentary filmmaking.
What audio equipment do you use for interviews?
We handle sound in-house and deliver high-quality audio using professional microphones, recorders, and proper audio mixing.
Can you provide a dedicated sound recordist for productions?
Yes. For more complex productions, we can bring in an additional sound recordist if needed.
Location and Logistics
Can you pick up our journalist or producer from their hotel and drive them to the shoot?
Yes. We can arrange transport for your crew within Trondheim. Share location and schedule in advance.
Drone Operations
Can you operate a drone, and do you handle permits?
Yes. We operate a DJI Mini 4 Pro, which is below 250g and works well for many locations. If permits are required, we can help arrange them.
Can we request a specific drone model?
Yes. If your production requires a specific drone, we can hire a licensed drone operator with the equipment that best suits your needs.
Invoicing and Payment
Can you issue an invoice without VAT for international clients?
Yes. Invoices can be issued under the reverse charge VAT procedure, meaning no VAT is added for international clients.
